The furniture is top-notch ranging from an L-shaped leather couch in the open living room to soft comfortable chairs surrounding an oval granite top table with sculptured wrought iron legs and there is a large flat screen television with full cable package for your enjoyment. The flooring throughout the main level is a neutral toned tile which is perfect for brightening the main level up. The main floor also contains plenty of closet space along with a hidden clothes washing machine and dryer.

The kitchen is gorgeous with plenty of granite counter tops that blend in with the overall open floor concept on the main level. The kitchen area is highlighted by a dining room table with chairs and a comfortable padded bench along the wall for additional seating. The breakfast bar area is fabulous with high padded wooden chairs that really makes the kitchen part of the overall entertainment center of the home and there is an additional high top table with wooden chairs which can be used for work or more seating while entertaining.

The five bedrooms have a bright cheery feeling with upgraded large slatted shades and soft colors on the wall. Each bathroom has upgraded tiled walk-in showers with either a glass door or shower curtain.

Kitchen

The open floor kitchen concept on the main level is ideal for entertaining and family events like meals or playing games. There are beautiful granite countertops along the food prep areas and there is a raised breakfast with a granite top. There is plenty of high seating available at the breakfast bar and a comfortable dining table with padded chairs and a padded bench seat along the wall. The kitchen also has a two seat high top for additional seating while entertaining or eating and it can be used as a workstation.
