The swimming is generally good at this location. There is a large rectangular freshwater swimming pool with lots of space for loungers. The award winning Sunshine Grill has everything from blueberry pancakes to Angus burgers to sumptuous island cuisine for dinner. There is no nightlife associated with this property and guests are within minutes to night clubs, restaurants as well as shopping at the nearby mall. Beach Activities: There is a dive center onsite that rents a variety of motorized and non-motorized watersport equipment. Other activities include swimming, jet skiing and snorkeling.

Entertainment: There is a fitness center and dive shop onsite. The property does not offer nightly entertainment and guests can find nightlife activities at Coconut Joe’s Beach Bar or the Nectar Bar.

Kids Activities: This complex is perfect for active families and does not offer a kids club for children.

Pools: The Comfort Suites Seven Mile Beach Grand Cayman resort has one small freshwater swimming pool and Jacuzzi that has a nice shaded deck with a lush garden surrounding the area.
